The Habits of Leadership Academy is an Online Group Coaching Program in which leaders come together each month in small cohorts to explore the theories, challenges, opportunities and practicalities of leading in 2021 & beyond.
The Academy is your place to hear and be heard. wherever you are on your leadership journey, wherever you are in the World.
Yes, although the level of leadership is unimportant. We have found that irrespective of your seniority or the sector in which you lead, our coaching approaches, and the experience of others in the Academy will benefit those leaders keen to push themselves.
For you to get the most out of the Academy we encourage you to adopt a mindset of curiosity and humility.
There is no curriculum as such. Rather, The Habits of Leadership Academy is tailored to meet the challenges that leaders face. The direction of each cohort will be informed by the challenges you, as our members, are facing. By leveraging the collective expertise & experience within the group, we can anticipate exploring concepts such as:
Emotional Intelligence & Leading Self, Leading Others, Leading Change and the Power of Coaching.
Once a month your Cohort will get together for a 90min Group Session. There is no obligation for you to attend every session. However, we ask that you aim for at least 75% attendance rate.
