The Academy

The Habits of Leadership Academy is an Online Group Coaching Forum in which leaders come together each month in small cohorts to explore the theories, challenges, opportunities and practicalities of leading in 2023 & beyond.

The Academy is your place to hear and be heard. wherever you are on your leadership journey, wherever you are in the World.

Monthly Sessions

Your Academy Cohort will meet online once a month to explore the theories, challenges, opportunities and practicalities of leadership. You can also jump into the Hot Seat and get support from your group to address specific challenges you’re facing.

Small & Supportive

Your Academy Cohort is a small group of professionals who are invested in your development as much as they are their own. As well as the Hot Seat, you will connect with other Cohort members to give and receive leadership support.

Practical & Responsive

The Academy is focussed on what leaders can do regularly to enhance their leadership. As well as the monthly coaching groups, our online platform gives you access to practical tools, podcasts, readings & other materials for you to use in your leadership role.

The opportunity to participate in the Habits Academy has been extremely beneficial to me in my role as a leader in public health care. I have learnt so much from not only Dan and Tim but the other participants in the group who all come from very different work places than my own. Despite the differences, the similarities of challenges have been quite striking. As a result of participating in the Academy my assumptions around leadership skills and what I contribute has been challenged and I have had the opportunity to be exposed to some innovative thinkers in this space. In addition to the personal development I have also had a blast - really and truly enjoyed the sessions each month and feel richer for it.
